By accessing this website or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase training through our enrollment process.

Accounts and communications

When you contact us or join a cohort, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep credentials or enrollment links confidential. You are responsible for activity conducted with your enrollment access.

Intellectual property

Course materials, worksheets, branding, and site copy are owned by SystemStorage Grid or its licensors. You may use materials for your internal learning as licensed at enrollment. You may not resell, publicly republish, or create competing courses from our materials without written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt services, scrape content at scale, or submit unlawful or abusive content through forms. We may suspend access for violations.

No payments on this website

Pricing pages are informational. Checkout, if any, occurs through separate enrollment instructions we provide. Microsoft Store buttons on this site link to the Microsoft Store home page and do not complete a purchase on systemstoragegrid.digital.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and materials are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that applying educational techniques will achieve a particular operational or legal outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SystemStorage Grid and its instructors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or courses. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific program giving rise to the claim, or KRW 100,000 if you paid nothing.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify SystemStorage Grid against claims arising from your misuse of materials or violation of these terms, except where prohibited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
