Refund Policy
Last updated: 8 August 2026. This policy applies to paid SystemStorage Grid educational programs enrolled through our team.
Eligibility
Refunds are available for cohort seats and self-paced enrollments purchased directly from SystemStorage Grid according to the timeframes below. Informational prices on this website do not themselves create a charge.
Timeframe
- Full refund: request within 7 days of payment and before accessing more than two lesson modules or attending the first live session.
- Partial refund (50%): request within 14 days of payment if you have accessed more than two modules but completed less than half the program, subject to review.
Conditions
To qualify, your request must include the enrollee name, email used at purchase, program name, and reason. We may ask for confirmation that downloadable materials have been deleted when a full refund is issued.
Non-refundable items
- Completed private Seoul Studio Days after the session has occurred
- Custom template work already delivered to your team
- Third-party fees charged by payment processors when those fees are non-recoverable and disclosed at purchase
- Purchases made on other platforms (including Microsoft Store) which follow that platform’s policies
Refund process
Email support@systemstoragegrid.digital with subject line “Refund request.” We confirm receipt within two business days (KST) and decide within 10 business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add additional days.
Cancellation
You may cancel a future cohort seat under the full-refund window above. If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no charge.
Exceptions
Mandatory consumer rights under Korean law that cannot be waived continue to apply. Documented medical or family emergencies may be considered for goodwill exceptions at our discretion.
